This policy explains how FormTune uses cookies and similar storage technologies, what each category is for, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. Together they let the site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and — where you allow it — help us understand how the service is used.
2. Essential cookies
These are required for the site to work. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a small cookie to remember your cookie choice so we do not ask you on every visit. Because the service cannot function without them, they cannot be switched off, and they are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working service.
3. Analytics cookies
With your consent, we may set basic analytics cookies to understand how the service is used — for example which pages are visited and where errors occur — so we can improve it. These are aggregated and are not used to advertise to you. If you decline, we do not set them.
4. Marketing cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies to build marketing profiles of you. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through the cookie banner before setting any such cookies.
5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies may be set by the third-party providers that help us run the service, such as our analytics provider, and only within the categories described above. These providers act under contract on our instructions, and their use of data is covered by our Privacy Policy.
6. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies — such as the one remembering your cookie choice — last for a limited period (typically up to 12 months) or until you clear them, after which you will be asked for your preferences again.
7. Managing your cookies
Use the cookie banner to accept or decline non-essential cookies, or open Manage Cookies at any time to change your choice. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the service working.

If we change how we use cookies, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above, and, where required, ask for your consent again.
