Payment Terms

These terms explain how payments work on FormTune: how credits are priced, how you buy them, and what happens when you spend them. You can pay in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) — your choice. These terms form part of our Terms of Service.
1. Pay-per-credit, not a subscription
FormTune is not a subscription. You buy credits in one-time packs, or choose a custom amount, and spend them when you run actions. There is no recurring billing, no automatic renewal and no membership fee — you only pay when you choose to buy credits.
2. Welcome credits
New accounts may receive a number of free welcome credits so you can try the service before buying. Welcome credits carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
3. How much actions cost
Each action spends a set number of credits. The cost of an action, and the credits in each pack, are shown before you buy or run it — on the pricing page, in your dashboard and at checkout — so you always know what an action will cost before you confirm it. Your credit ledger records every purchase and deduction.
4. Prices and currency
You choose to pay in euros (EUR, €) or US dollars (USD, $) when you top up, and you are charged in the currency you chose. Each pack has the same price figure in either currency — a €9 pack is $9 if you pay in US dollars — and prices are the same on the pricing page, your dashboard and at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. A single top-up can be from €1 to €20,000, or from $1 to $20,000. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees, which are outside our control.
5. Card purchases
Where card purchases are available, we accept major debit and credit cards, and your full card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. Some purchase options may be shown as coming soon while we finish enabling them; when a method is not yet available, it will be marked as such and you will not be charged.
6. When credits are added
Credits are added to your balance as soon as your payment is confirmed. If a payment is confirmed but your balance does not update, contact us and we will put it right.
7. Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined or fails, no credits are added and you are not charged. You can try again or use a different card. We may cancel an order if we cannot verify or take payment.
8. Failed actions
If an action fails, the credits reserved for it are released back to your balance automatically — you are not charged for failed generations.
9. Refunds
Eligible purchases can be refunded as set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy, and, because there is no subscription, there is nothing recurring to cancel — see our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
