Specialist Terms
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These terms (version 2026-09-21) apply when you work on FormTune as a fitness coach: reviewing customers' form and running live sessions for them. They are an agreement between you and Dexaro kj OÜ, and they are separate from the Terms of Service that apply to customers. You accept them by ticking the box on the application form; you cannot be approved without doing so.
1. Who we are
FormTune is operated by Dexaro kj OÜ (registry code 17547926), registered in Estonia, registered address Hooldekodu tee 23a-48, 13914 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. You can reach us at support@formtune.app. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Dexaro kj OÜ; "you" means the fitness coach; "customer" means a FormTune user who hires a fitness coach.
2. You are an independent contractor
You provide your services as an independent contractor, not as our employee, worker, agent or partner. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship. You decide whether to accept any request, you use your own equipment and methods, and you can work for others, including other platforms.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and to your own earnings.
3. Who can apply
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You must not be established in, resident in, or acting from a sanctioned country or territory. At present that means Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba. You must not be a person named on a sanctions list that applies to us. If this changes after you are approved, you must tell us straight away and stop accepting requests.
The information you give us — your name, country, experience, qualifications and bank details — must be true, complete and kept up to date.
4. Identity verification
You upload a government-issued photo ID with your application. A member of our team checks it by hand before we approve you, and we confirm your identity again before your first withdrawal. We may ask for further evidence at any time if something does not match.
Your ID document is stored privately, is visible only to the staff who check it, and is never shown to customers. How long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You may also add a CV to your application (PDF or Word). It is optional and used only to assess your application. Like your ID, it is stored privately, is visible only to the staff who review applications, is never shown to customers, and is kept and deleted on the same schedule as your ID.
5. The work
A form review means watching the customer's clip or reading their description and writing back specific, practical technique feedback. A live session means a 30-minute one-to-one video call at a confirmed time, using a meeting link you provide.
Fitness coaches give technique guidance, not medical advice. You must not diagnose, treat or advise on injuries, pain, illness or medical conditions. If a customer mentions pain or an injury, tell them to stop and see a qualified medical professional. Keep your advice within your qualifications and experience, and always coach with the customer's safety in mind.
You must be respectful and professional, and you must not harass, discriminate against or mislead a customer.
6. Response times and quality
Accept a request only if you can do it properly and on time. Requests should be accepted within 48 hours of being sent where you are able to; a request nobody accepts within 7 days is cancelled and the customer's credits are released.
Once you accept: deliver a written review within 3 working days; for a live session, confirm a time and meeting link within 2 working days, turn up on time, and mark the session held afterwards.
If you cannot finish something you accepted, tell us at once so we can reassign or cancel it. Repeatedly missing these times, or poor-quality work, may lead to your profile being paused or ended.
7. Confidentiality of customer media
When you accept a request you can see the media and notes the customer shared for it. Use them only to do that request. Do not download, copy, keep, publish, share or use them for anything else — including your own marketing or training material — and do not contact the customer outside the platform.
These duties continue after the request is finished and after you leave the programme.
8. How earnings work
Customers pay FormTune in credits, never you directly. When a customer hires a fitness coach, the price is held from their balance. You earn the service price less a 15% platform fee: at current prices 850 credits for a review (price 1000) and 1275 credits for a live session (price 1500).
Your earning is credited to your available balance when the customer accepts your delivery, or automatically 7 days after you deliver if the customer neither accepts it nor raises a problem.
If the customer raises a problem, our team reviews the request and decides whether to pay you or release the credits to the customer. We may also cancel a request and release the customer's credits if it was not delivered, was delivered late without good reason, or breaches these terms; you earn nothing for a cancelled request.
Credits are converted to euros at our payout rate, which is the price per credit of our largest credit pack (currently €70.28 per 1,000 credits). Your console shows every balance in credits and in euros.
9. Withdrawals
You can ask to withdraw your available balance from €50 up to €10,000 per request, one request at a time.
Withdrawals are paid only by manual bank transfer, to the bank account in your name that you gave us. Every withdrawal is reviewed manually and is normally paid within 5 working days of your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity or bank details before paying, and we may refuse or hold a withdrawal while we look into suspected fraud, a breach of these terms or a disputed request.
You must never take payment from a customer directly, ask a customer to pay you outside the platform, or move a customer's work off the platform to avoid the fee. Doing so is a serious breach of these terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop accepting requests at any time and leave the programme by emailing us. Finish or hand back anything you have already accepted first.
We may pause or end your participation, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if your identity or eligibility cannot be confirmed, if customers raise repeated well-founded complaints, if required by law, or if we close the programme. Earnings that are already available when your participation ends will be paid to you, less any amount relating to requests found to be in breach of these terms.
11. Liability
You are responsible for the guidance you give. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your advice to a customer, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the earnings you made on FormTune in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and the “Last updated” date on this page show when we last did. Accepting further requests after an update means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop accepting requests and tell us.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
